The CEO needs to stop micromanaging every aspect of the company. It is strangling our productivity and preventing any growth.

Engage with their employees on what the company's short, medium and long term strategy is. Employees should feel more inspired by leadership. Seems to be a lot of resource wastage, and not convinced leaders at highest level have their finger on the pulse of the company.
