I like that we have contact every day and they are willing to spend time with me to answer my questions and help me do a good job.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary and the health insurance

I love the flexibility of working from home when necessary and the generous PTO package. The 401k match is competitive as well.

I like the HDHP option and that the company contributes to my HSA. The coverage of doctors in our area is good. The vacation plan is geneoroud and was improved this year. I don't hear many companies offering 3 weeks to start. The 401k plan was improved to a 4% match this year.

small team, everyone knows what they are doing and helps others

Team is the right word. We all work together every day, genuinely support each other and enjoy our time together.

They are truly team players. Everyone is willing to pitch in to complete projects. My team is reliable and does not need someone looking over thier shoulder every day. They communicate problems and find a way to fix them.
