I was welcomed with open arms and gratitude. Training didn't really exist for my postion so I've had to do a lot of learning on my own. I believe that my contributions are appreciated but that suggestions for change are not accepted as easily.
What makes you most happy at work?
I really enjoy the work itself. It's never boring to me but may be to others.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Team is the right word. We all work together every day, genuinely support each other and enjoy our time together.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love the flexibility of working from home when necessary and the generous PTO package. The 401k match is competitive as well.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that we have contact every day and they are willing to spend time with me to answer my questions and help me do a good job.
