I love the work I'm doing . My team is great and managers are very supportive. The coworkers are friendly and intelligent people. Sill I miss trust on smaller teams from the Upper management. It is sad to see that the budges are cut for team buildings and recognitions.

Great to work with multi-cultural people. The level of respect to each other by coworkers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It feels that Upper Management is not trusting small teams and their managers and more controls are put in place. Also it is sad to see great talents leaving due to lack of motivation, evaluation and promotion.
