Sometimes companies forget the laws of attraction in which positive attracts positive and negative attracts negative. The culture and environment is positive here at ABC. The reason that it is positive is because the leadership embraces and strives each day to create a positive atmosphere.

What makes me most happy at work would be the ability to be challenged, motived, respected, valued and rewarded for my efforts whether through compensation or just simply putting a smile on the faces of our clients because of the work we do to allow their organization to grow.
