I love this company's policies when it comes to inclusion and support of its' employees. They continue to find new and innovative ways to make employees feel appreciated and needed. They also strive to make employees feel as if they have a solid CAREER and not just a JOB.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is very inclusive and welcoming.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked the fact that the entire process was over the phone or virtual.
What makes you most happy at work?
The fact that I get to work full-time from home. (Especially with rising gas and clothing costs)
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team-work and self-accountability is great with my team. Taking owner-ship on every call, when you may not be the actual owner of the initial issue.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I enjoy the fact the the leadership team at ABC makes everyone feel important regardless of their role, experience or "title". They strive to remove the entitlement mentality that comes with many job titles.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not necessarily feel undervalued. I just feel that the call center representatives should make a little more an hour. There is a lot of stress & demand associated with answering calls continually or being the "front line" for such a large, well-known company. A pay raise would be great!
