There some ups and downs to certain policies, such as getting an occurrence for my internet going out on a Friday and not being able to makeup the time. It seems unfair. Occurrences hurt bilingual agents a little more since we are so limited, and there is no room for error.

Our monthly bonuses are definitely a plus, and the extra days off we get.
