In the beginning it was great. Things changed with a new National Sales Director. Our day is filled w/unnecessary meetings. Every week were asked to do something different. The focus has changed which promote bad behavior to reach the goal. We can't take our time on calls. Constantly chasing numbers

My team and my boss!!

It's nice to see them to start acknowledging our department.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work very well together. Everyone shares knowledge as they learn. We trust each other. Each person is good at different things.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They asked questions about my sales experience. Asking open ended questions force you to give a detail answer. I like that because they really understand your thought process.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Because we have do much to do many of us work after hours just to complete our work. Again, the work life balance no longer exist. Summer hours whats that. We cant take advantage of it because our numbers will drop
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I didn't receive a raise after being here one year. Was told I needed to be here a full calendar year!! Having to work literally 2 years w/o a raise. My base pay is Low. If I knew the scope of the job prior. I definitely would not have accepted this salary!! Then our commission is low.
