What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People and Culture department are constantly finding new offerings to make not only our work life but our personal life better. You can tell they have a passion for what they do.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really appreciate the transparency. I love that we regularly have company wide meetings, plus video and email updates so we can hear directly from leadership what's going on. I also like that I can speak with any member of leadership, the door is always open.
