I have been working for ABC many years and while growing and evolving has been great for the company, it took away some of the small company perks I really enjoyed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are trying to make people from all walks of life feel included.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The compensation does not match the increase cost of daily living. Raises are usually minimal.
