The best part about my compensation package is having no cap on my commission. I like knowing that I have some control on what I make based on my overall contribution to the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing about the culture of ABC is that they are willing to do anything for their employees. The time and effort that goes into making sure we are taken care of is second to none.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that it felt as if they were trying to hire the right person and not the right resume. The interview seemed to be based around creating a connection to be sure we can add value to the business and overall culture.
