Horrible, Management always had their favorite employees that they would go above and beyond for plus the lack of communication made it very hard to get anything done. Also the many meetings where Management would dissappear for hours and expect TLs to run the store.

The Co-Workers and the willingness to work together without management to be one of the best stores

The Managers when I first was hired on, they actually seemed to care and at that time were working managers.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening, Communicating, Time Management, Not belittling people, promoting knowledgeable candidates rather than favorites, Planning, Prioritizing metrics over human assets, Building a Team
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Lack of Communication between management and above to associates, if management and higher were to listen better and actually game plan better there would be less mess ups and more getting done. Also, Favoritism needs to stop, store managers & Directors make it very apparent who are their pets
