I enjoy working at Academy Sports and i enjoy working with all of my coworkers. I do not agree with any of my managers way of managing and have many other employees with the same mindset. Many people have quit with a bad taste in their mouth due to the lack of positive working environments within.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was fast and get to the point.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The coworkers are very close and have fun yet work hard at the same time.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to talk to customers about the topics i do on a regular basis that are in my department such as hunting fishing, etc.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I enjoy working with all of my coworkers, but the managers do not manage and often are found sitting in the back of the training room not doing any work.
