I loved working for Aldi and was looking forward to promoting to district manager one day. Now that will never happen. I was fired because I discounted some groceries items that was going to be thrown in the trash for myself because I needed them to eat, my gas is off and I'm on light duty

We all worked together and looked out for one another like a family, even with our district manager Jesse.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Jesse the district manager at the time took time to answer all the questions that I had and explain the job detail to me in full and ensure that it will be something that I feel comfortable and confident with doing if offered the position he offered and I accepted that was December 2022
