absolutely terrible experience. negative environment, if youre not "perfect" or dedicating all of your time to the company the entire staff including managers talk poorly about you. pay is the only reason people have been staying longer than they wanted. i was bribed with a raise and didnt get it

everything. the mentalith of everyone there is arbys or nothing. its absolutely terrible

if i received the money i was promised and was paid fairly and treated fairly alongside my coworkers
What did you like most about the interview process?
the manager was begging for me to work there months before i had applied so it was like i already had the job
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
they all talk terribly about employees. My managers bribed me and everhone else with raises to stay and even though i was the first person offered one i am the only one who hasnt received the promise AND APPROVED raise, almost 6 months later
