We all get along great. If I needed someone to work for me, I had no problem getting someone to work for me.

Nothing positive at my place. We are like robots all day long trying to beat a timer. So we can get good ratings ratings ratings!

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
My general manager never listens to me. I'm always a bad worker to him. He makes me cry at home. He has called me baby and I'm married!
