Not making people feel like they've done something wrong because- people in the work environment told them so, they said I was too cocky and wandered off and got off task but in reality I did my job and had mostly everything figured out on the first two days of working. I've been targeted.

I have worked for Arby’s for over 3 and a half years collectively. I have worked myself half to death for this company, and everyone I have worked, especially managers have been incredibly rude and unfair. I have had to do management

Disowning me in private because of something I "did". Making me feel like an ant when I have done nothing wrong. I was quick at what I did and made the customers happy when nobody was around, again on my first and second day of work I was doing stuff I didn't have to do because I wasn't trained.

Better management. We should have store meetings, but we don't.

When ive only worked for 2 days and people are already talking behind my back because my confidence comes off as cocky, but when I was working with those people they didn't say anything too me and one of them was a manager that could have said something to me.
