Coworkers pick up extra work in order to help each other.

Caring about their coworkers. Building teamwork and leading their team.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Better management. We should have store meetings, but we don't.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Zero benefits unless you're in management. Full time is promised, but never delivered.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We band together and try to make a better working environment, despite having bad management.
