We don't have meetings. Which would help to bring everyone together to be on the same age.

Management needs to be more considerate of the employees. Better training and communication. Along with their attitudes.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
TRAINING. New employees are thrown in with existing employees and it's basically learn what you can from there.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management gets mad about the time the food comes out. They get a bonus for a certain speed. If we can't get there they yell and get rude.
