What I've experienced working at Arby's has not been the best. I've dealt with hearing slurs throughout the workplace and being yelled at by the general manager for things that couldve been communicated in a much more efficient manner. I had been yelled at consistently for small things.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview was quick and just regular.
What makes you most happy at work?
A few of the other coworkers made me happy.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I enjoyed being able to be paid the same day i worked.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I think to better their racial bias and indifference would make it the place better.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive aspect of working at Arbys was definitely working with a few coworkers and being able to occasionally talk to the customers at work.
