I am a 17 year old working past 12:30 a.m. which is completely illegal. I burnt my hand in hot deep fryer oil and they offered me no medical assistance. There are roaches everywhere in here, and raw roast beef was getting served today. The DM constantly talks down to us and says rude things.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Real training, as opposed to watching videos and being put on the floor prematurely.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Upper management needs to be relieved of his duties, as the way he treats his employees is completely unacceptable
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treating their employees with respect, talking to us appropriately, ensuring the safety of the customers, offering assistance when needed, and scheduling .
What is the best part about your compensation package?
None. I thought I would get medical assistance when I severely burnt my hand but I was never even offered to be sent to a clinic
What are some of the best things about your team?
The coworkers here are great, they treat me with the utmost respect and have little to no tolerance for the treatment our district manager puts us through
