The General Manager and Assistant Manager bully the staff and are angry all of the time and they take it out on us. If we make a sandwich wrong they literally throw them at us and hit us with them. They also do this if you ask them to pass you one of the to go containers. Very unhappy work environm.

The team members aren't the problem. The management team is the problem.

It was relaxed and I had high hopes for my future employment there.

The management treats the employees like we are so beneath them so they think they can just treat us any way they want and insult us.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Talking to employees respectfully, not throwing things at us, Treating the employees badly only brings the morale down and this will cause everything to roll downhill onto the customers and the customers deserve great customer service.
