I'm not going to lie it's a great company I love working for arbys, I just don't care to much for the management team for my store. I like them as people but our store deserve better

Being able to interact with the customers and see them smile
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My management team knows what I do for our store and get treated a little different because I give 98% to the team every day I. Home to work. I'm not perfect and never will but I always give my best.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I'm new to the company and hope to move up, I'm a manager in training and I've only been here for almost three months. I can't answer this question because our management team isn't as strong as I think it should be. Or AD is the one I have to go to for answers. Mr. Jimmy
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
At my store everyone is so used to working as an individual that since I got there and be trying to get them to work as a team and communicate it's been getting better. The only thing with this the management team gets in there feelings. I was told in a Suttle way to stay in my place
