Arbys just offered a bonus that was deliberately misleading, making a difference of 1000+ lost that was counted on by most employees in my store.

My coworkers are great here, and they all deserve a raise AND the bonus they worked hard for

The cannot be misleading to regular employees just because they want hours covered. Tell the truth & be honest
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Give us an adequate bonus or at LEAST dont mislead people in order to get them to work more hours! Im quitting at the end of my shift over this!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I worked my butt off to meet the criteria for this bonus only to find out that its ridiculous and not what we were lead to believe. The CEO makes 115$+ an hour and you cannot give us one good bonus?!
