The previous manager at the arbys on Tower Rd, Denver, CO. was really great at their job and would make work fun and enjoyable to be at but after the new general manager came the store fell apart. The ones working would deal with less hours and harassment due to the general manager Jessica.

Actually interview people and not just hire teenagers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The workers who actually do work and are enjoyable to be around.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Not hiring only minors who can't even operate the slicer and hire responsible adults who actually do their work and not start drama, and hire shift managers who actually manage the workers and not just sit in their desk.
