I started during the pandemic and have done all my onboarding and meetings from home. My team has gone out of their way to make feel part of the organization and get acclimated and comfortable quickly. I am trusted to do my work without alot of oversight.

Working for a company that is changing the world. I work with highly emotional intelligent people who are also fun.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Very generous company. Base pay is average while the benefits and incentive programs are great. If you are a performer, you will get compensated.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have a dual reporting role and have two teams that I support every day. Both teams are led by smart and intelligent managers and my colleagues are smart, hardworking and fun people to work with every day. Everyone is very busy but will always find time for you.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
In my work environment, I am given alot of automony to do my work but very comfortable to ask for help if I need it. There is a lot of teamwork and collaboration at all levels. Our CEO is extremely transparent, both personally and professionally and a wonderful leader. I trust him.
