Leads are great. But it takes a long time to receive Affordable Care Act commissions if at all. This is really bad because a higher percentages of ACA policies are being sold. Also, follow up on commissions is horrible. I love the company but starting to sour because I cant get money I have earned.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We work on commission so everyone is in the same boat and are overall supportive.
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping the clients. Getting someone a great health policy feels great because having health insurance is so important.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They talk a good game and will listen some but are stuck or maybe hands tied with earned commissions.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Commission structure is good. However, recently it has changed for the better but have received nothing in writing. Without having direct access to the commission policy feels like you are working without a contract. Anything could change.
