Everybody is very smart but not arrogant. In the data team, especially, everybody puts the team first over themselves - there are no egos. It is always about making things better for the team and the business.

Coworkers are job scared and feel intimidated to be truthful and honest about their jobs, company culture and unethical practices.

We don't do a good job of communicating with other verticals especially C-levels. We always say move fast, but we also do that in the worst way possible, which leads to us wasting more time fixing the fallout.
They need to be more inclusive of employees and provide more feedback & training for agent development.
