It very easy and the onboarding process is assisted by specialist to help you get through the process easily.
it's inconsistent, HR is good at selling and low balling the prospects at least the ones no one wants to pay. The ones that actually get paid they overpay by at least 50%...

I like that there is a take-home component of the interview. While it was time consuming, I felt like I got to demonstrate my capabilities more concretely. When I was reviewing the take-home work with my interviewers, I got to glimpse what it would be like working with them on a project.

Lots of transparency through the process - very direct and didn't waste too much of my time on unnecessary steps.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Tell the interviewee the actual compensation structure and don't try to hide it until they start working.
