everyone is free spirited and we work as a team and individually when necessary. its a great balance of team work with zero micro managing.

team work, we are ALL in the same boat, if one fails, we all fail. But we succeed because we recognize this. Many bigger companies ruin team work and collaboration because of stack ranking, which pits employees against each other, creates toxic environment.
