They actually evolve and make changes and seriously listen to agents. thats rare and thats a seriously big deal that is like a rare Diamond.

They talk a good game and will listen some but are stuck or maybe hands tied with earned commissions.

They let you own engineering efforts end to end, but have your back at the same time - there is no blame culture. We roll up our sleeves, move fast and iterate. Without strong leadership we would not have built a multi billion company in 3 short years.
