Q&A With Assurance Employees
Assurance employees answer questions about what life is like behind the scenes at their company, including queries about culture, leadership, professional development, and compensation.
How employees describe working at Assurance
The most unethical company I have ever worked for. They con customers who are vulnerable and elderly, with bait and switch ads. I'm surprised CMS hasn't shut this company down. Culture is to lie to customers, lie to employees. Total unethical chaos drives this company. Pay and benefits horrendous!
Review from Sales Dept
Bad, bad, bad! You do not make more than $20/hr even if you are great at sales, because it's about luck of the draw with the calls you take. You also get docked money for every call that comes in no matter the outcome. Outside of open enrollment, you may make $5-$10/hr tops. Run and don't look back!
Review from Sales Dept
Freedom and financially rewarding. its that simple. Working from home as well. Excellent training as well.
The company just simply does not understand how to treat Insurance Agents. They treat it like a Call Center. the difference is that licensed insurance agents are not your typical call center employee. They simply look at stats with no regard to the human aspect of agents.
It's a good company And I get what I need done
