It has been a very rewarding career. I feel spoiled and don't think that I could go back to a "regular", mundane job. I will remain with this company until I retire if I'm that lucky.

A good challenge. I like to feel a sense of accomplishment & I get that at Assurance.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are fun! Sometimes you don't even feel like you're at work. The are inspiring because they are all so bright & try so hard.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am in control of it. My success within the company depends on my drive & motivation. The better I am, the better I'm paid. Loyalty is rewarded. There's an open door policy so if you feel like you're not being paid fairly, you can discuss with your manager.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They make feel like I am a co-creator, not just an employee. My voice & opinion matters. I have control over my area of responsibility making it possible to improve our processes. You are encouraged to be innovative & think outside the box. What's best is your creativity is recognized & rewarded.
