collaborative - team players, sounding board when needed, self-driven and have similar sense of determination and ownership of their work
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
work is rewarded through competitive compensation and rewards; the people are fantastic - smart and collaborative; the leaders are transparent and we're able to access them during our monthly all-hands meetings
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Fair base and bonus and like the unlimited PTO (when we're able to use it) - however, to better compete with offerings other organizations/competitors, we must implement a 401K match. Hopefully soon.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership is available when needed and allows me to do my work autonomously otherwise. It's important that people have a sense of ownership with their work, and I have that under our current leadership.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone looks out for eachother in work and on a personal level, people really care about the work they are doing and the people with whom they do it. It's not just a place where you clock your hours and go home.
