everyone wants to do the right thing. no internal toxicity

very responsible for their own work yet happy to help others as well

i feel it's behind the market for the position, industry, and location i live in

regular communication, include anecdotes and stories that aren't just business related, seem to make very smart strategic decisions

seem very smart in what they do, also seem very approachable although i've never met them in person.

me and my peers all look out for each other. everyone will go above and beyond without being asked

my pay is behind the market and area. medical benefits are phenomenal, but lack of 401k match is not good.

being part of something so potentially huge. customers want to work with me. we offer something unique and never seen before

the amount of care expressed by people in all levels of management and departments that you may never meet face to face.
