It's been a great experience since joining nine months ago. I really believe in the company and its vision / products. I respect executive management, especially how they maintain the external focus/one team culture. The growth in the business and speed with which we execute is exciting.

Salary + Bonus + Stock Compensation; exciting to be part of a pre-IPO company with unbelievable growth and great upside

Very cohesive; focused on driving and building the business, doing what's right, and moving fast -- very little 'drama' / politics;
What makes you most happy at work?
Building new products and the business, maintaining an external customer focus, moving fast with little to no bureaucracy, having a One Team, One Goal culture (i.e. one company focus)
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The cultural values -- One Team, One Goal and Customer First in particular -- are great, and the CEO leads by example on these, especially One Team, One Goal. It makes a big difference.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very growth and externally focused -- sets the right tone with our company values. Minimal politics / internal focus from what I've seen. Overall empowers people to build the business and move fast. One of the healthiest environments I've ever worked in so far.
