Absolutely no work/life balance.I get texts/calls/emails from co-workers including my manager demanding answers day/night/weekends/PTO on a regular basis. Offices are so loud and not enough conf rooms , no gym or shower. I can see PE team working hard though so thank you.

My team works tirelessly and manages tasks well when everyone wants things done asap
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
we are still small so it's easy to meet people you work with face to face
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No 401K match, no corporate match for causes, company want to hire experienced person but does not want to listen to expertise, direction changes often, employees are not treated equally, almost always have to work in the weekends and evenings for someone else's emergencies.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Everyone seems overworked, every request we get is ASAP or URGENT, overstressed people treat others also very poorly. I've never dealt with so many angry and aggressive internal customers ever in my working life. I think this is culture that comes from the top
