As I mentioned before, I enjoy the challenge and hard work and Im very good at it. I know this from management feedback and customer feedback. I don't, at the moment, feel its worth the effort because of the stock comp. It's wildly inaccurate to my title.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate leaders who know their role as sales representatives and not just sitting on an ivory throne. They help sales by being on the front line.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
people are excited about building something special. it's hard. exhausting. draining. but if we can be a part of something special AND be a part of the success financially it will be worth it. Right now the stock is bringing me down.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My shares are significantly lower than others in my position. I spoke to management about it and was lied to. "Everyone has the same as you"...Ive heard this many times. Ive confirmed this was not true by looking at colleagues (they shared) contracts.
