Overall I am satisfied with the work, and enjoy the people I work with, however, I feel nervous about how it is perceived if you are not pushing to continually advance and not generally looking to take on more and more and not skew the work life balance as a result.

I have a great team, others are helpful and quick to answer questions. Always highlighting other people's wins and celebrating those.
