The company has the heart of a start-up. Fast paced and get the job done attitude. This is good and bad, but if you are the right type of person it is great.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Since the team is small there is very little political games that are played.
What makes you most happy at work?
The Mission and goal. In general it seems like everyone is working toward the same thing
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like the stock options. It makes you have a vested interest in how the overall company does.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
THe executive team appears to "walk the talk". You do not get a sense that they are just giving lip service when they talk about the culture, Mission, or goals.
