I have loved being part of Axon's growth of the past 5+ years. It's been nothing but good. Whilst some of us do fear that "firing people on whim" mentality, it's a very exciting time to be a part of Axon as we continue to grow and expand. I love this company and hope to be here for a long while.

What makes you most happy at work?
Right now, it's hard cause of Covid and new restrictions in place but for sure the people and the actual work we do to make change.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The ability to have open communication, honest dialogue, we challenge each other as well as laugh and work really hard. We ALL want each other to succeed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
How easy it going it all is- yet we all work hard. People are super friendly and want to help and are happy for you to do well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like to be paid at the level that I am at. I am currently being paid below my level, due to legacy, which confuses me as I continue to push hard to perform and am loyal to the company and get paid less than if someone new would come in at the same level today. Not very motivating
