It has been hell, off and on. I wasn't sure I'd even have a job at Axon at this point, glad that I do, but the stress has damaged my health. My team and manager are concerned, and have been supportive, but 16 months ago I was told to "go along to get along" or my career path at Axon would be short.

candor and openness to changing situations. Flexibility in schedules as a result
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've been sited by the execs in several meetings over the years regarding my contributions, but have never received a promotion. Nor have I been given any indication of what I need to do to advance past my current role
