It has been less than a year since i joined the company. So far my overall experience has been great. I am thankful for the the confidence and support from my immediate supervisor, and leaders.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Good communication, level of involvement with the projects. Very approachable.
What makes you most happy at work?
Interacting with my manager and the team members. Accomplishing tasks. The little get together.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a good communication within the team, and we support each other by sharing the ideas and helping each other when needed.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Base and Bonus. Additionally we get rewarded with Tango and the Blue Board for all the hard work we do over the nights or weekends. It is motivating.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Due to the major implementation, its fast paced with hard deadlines, demanding extra hours. The leaders recognize the effort and allow us the flexibility to work from home or logoff when needed. Most importantly there is no micromanagement, and i am very appreciative of that.
