I have worked for many companies over the years & I must say Bass Pro has got to be the cheapest company towards its employees I have ever seen. Poor pay, marginal benefits, & irregular hours results in the most disgruntled employees. Take care of your employees financially & they will take care u.

Nice folks painting a very different picture than the reality.

Less focus on credit cards & more focus on the work environment.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication- and the main focus should not be trying to sell credit cards.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Too many complaints from customers being approached to sign up for a credit card. We live in a society where too many people are over their heads in credit debt.
