Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
People who have less experience and time with the company have been hired at a higher wage. Men are also generally paid more than women. Additional pay based on experience and loyalty to the company.

Pay that was comparable to the other nearby warehouses. Being told the things you did good at once in a while instead of only being criticized for what you did wrong on a daily basis.

The higher ups that have been here for too long running things based off a negative work environment need to be replaced by people who understand the importance of good moral and a positive work environment.
