
I've worked here long enough that the interview process is completely different so I can't give honest feedback on today's processes.
Not being worried about getting criticized on a daily basis for what you did wrong yesterday without any acknowledgment of what you did right.
No matter how bad of a workday we're having most everyone tries to stay in a positive mood and just do what needs to be done.
Treating the employees in a way that makes them feel appreciated and valued. Not working the warehouse associates so much overtime that it doesn't leave you needed family time.
Pay that was comparable to the other nearby warehouses. Being told the things you did good at once in a while instead of only being criticized for what you did wrong on a daily basis.
The higher ups that have been here for too long running things based off a negative work environment need to be replaced by people who understand the importance of good moral and a positive work environment.
