This is my first remote first onboarding/full time role. I'm impressed with the welcoming vibes from day one! I enjoy the camaraderie on the team, while also getting stuff done. The people here are all very smart and very willing to share their expertise and knowledge.

Super knowledgable and eager to share that knowledge! I feel supported, never ignored - which is difficult in a remote first environment.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Zero ego! Approachable team that encourages people to do their best, make mistakes, learn lessons and keep going forward. And they always have your back, no finger pointing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is incredibly welcoming to new people! There isn't an "old guard" type of attitude that you are entering into. It's obviously a transparent culture with a sincere desire to see each other successful.
What makes you most happy at work?
Freedom and flexibility to get the job done in a collaborative environment. I love how much freedom there is to ask questions without fear. And to offer ideas without fear. I dig the overall vibe - it's very purposeful, without the stress.
