My team works hard and is always willing to be an "all-hands on deck" type of team. very willing to help others

The leadership team is good at challenging you to perform your best. They are genuinely good people and are great to learn from

Everyone within my department is extremely helpful and hard working. Its motivation to work just as hard as them and contribute to the company's success.

The leadership team is incredibly smart, where I can always learn something new from them. They also will push and challenge you to be better and to think outside the box.

I like that they are transparent and genuinely care about employee happiness. They take monthly surveys from the employees on what they are doing well and not well in, then make actionable changes.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I really enjoy the benefits, such as all of the insurances and having unlimited PTO. It makes less a bit less stressful knowing I'm covered and I don't have to strategically plan when to use PTO.
