What I like about the leadership team is that they keep us informed of any company updates and allow us to provide feedback. It seems like they also make sure that they take those pieces of feedback into account and implement changes when necessary.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't necessarily feel undervalued, but the company did not meet my minimum salary requirement range and offered me a smaller amount.

What's positive about the culture and environment at the company is that people care about the work that we do, and we work hard in order to build each other up and move the company forward toward an upward trajectory of success.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked how the recruiter kept me updated throughout the entire interview process and didn't leave me in the dust. She ensured that I knew what was happening with the team, as well as what to expect for next steps.

What makes me most happy at work is that I get challenged to approach projects differently, since priorities are constantly shifting and leave opportunities to improve.
