I have found Birdeye to have a culture of family, support, and drive, which has been so helpful to me in work-life balance. Being new to this industry, I was nervous I wouldn't catch up, but I have been so humbled by the kindness and wisdom shown to me by leadership and colleagues.

Birdeye is a great company. Internally we have a fantastic and supportive team. The product itself is great, and it is awesome as a sales person to be able to fully stand behind your product/ service. Our leadership team is fantastic as well.

Birdye has a really positive and encouraging environment, especially in a post-covid where most people work remotely. If youre organized and motivated, Birdye is a great place to work!

Although I appreciate the opportunities Birdeye has given me, I would have liked to see more competitive compensation when it comes to salary. Additionally, I would like to company to more pro-actively engage in discussions when it comes to upward career mobility.

We support each other, help each other and strive to be the best not just individually but together as a team.

My team is very focused and direct, which is helpful in understanding where we have common issues and where we can help one another.
